No minister or official in Delhi Government will use red beacon, as per the decision of first meeting of the Cabinet presided by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.The Delhi Cabinet decided that no PSO and escort vehicle will be provided to officials. Security will be allowed based on threat perception.
