Shiv Sena worried over treatment to old allies if Modi becomes PM

Mumbai: Even before Modi actually wins 2014 elections, NDA constituents have started debating their roles and importance in the new government. Older allies like Shiv Sena are worried that they may not get plum ministries

Raut also said that since Sharad Pawar has lauded Atal Bihari Vajpayee, he won't be surprised if Pawar joins NDA post-elections.

Raut further says in his article that in case BJP fails to cross 272 seats then the triumvirate of Mamata , Mayawati and jayalalithaa will decide the fate of the government.

Raut mentions that efforts are already on to persudae Mamata but she may demand either Railway Ministry or Home Ministry. According to Raut, while Jayalalithaa  herself wants to be the Prime Minister mayawati may ask for Deputy Prime Minister position.
