5. Sannakji
A dangerous dish to eat, these are small live octopus known as nakji which is freshly cut into small pieces and served immediately. They are served with sesame oil and sesame seeds to give it a flavor. If this dish is not eaten with proper care, the live octopus may choke in your throat.
6. Rocky Mountain Oysters
Though the dish's name is oyster but caution, it is not as it sounds. These are actually, fried testicles f a bull, a delicacy of US. First these testicles are peeled, and then they are boiled and rolled in a mixture of flour. Later, it is fried and is generally served with a nice cocktail sauce.
7. Fried Brain Sandwich
Available in US, it is made by putting slices of calves' brain between bread. This sandwich was prevalent long before the period of the Mad cow disease. The brains of cows that are over 30 months old are now no longer permitted in food in the US due to the Mad cow disease. They serve pig brains instead.
