All time for work and no health! This might sound weird coz, most of us would laugh it off (do we really take our work that serious? duh!) No more laughing, lets get serious. With



Peach-Chickpea Salad!


All you need is:


2-3 Peaches (skinned, sliced, pitting (optional))
20 gm drained Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana),
Salt,
1/2 tbsp fennel seeds,
1 finely chopped onion,
Pinch of Garam Masala, and
1 tbsp Sunflower oil
 
Method:

Put together Peaches and Chickpea in a bowl, and sprinkle other ingredients, like, Salt, Garam Masala, and Onions. Mix well the entire mixture and now take it all out in a serving dish. Now simmer fennel seeds in oil for about 1-2 minutes and pour it on the salad. Savor you're all new healthy and refresh Peach-Chickpea Salad!
