Gujarat: At least four workers are hospitalised after inhaling toxic gas leaked from a pipeline in Vadodara-based pharma factory, police informed on Tuesday. The cause of the gas leak has not been ascertained yet. Meanwhile, the relevant authorities are monitoring the situation.

In another incident, at least two workers died after gas accumulated inside the storage chamber of a fishing boat in Mumbai.

The incident took place at the New Fish Jetty when the workers were removing fish from the boat Anjani Putra around 11 am. The boat had returned to the coast around 2 am, and it is suspected that gas was generated due to rotting fish, said deputy commissioner of police Sanjay Latkar.
