Raisina Dialogue 2020: Iran Foreign Minister speaks on Ukrainian flight tragedy
Iran Foreign Minister Javad Zarif during 'Raisina Dialogue 2020' spoke on Iran's blunder of shooting of Ukrainian International flight due to 'human error' he asserted that people make unforgivable mistakes but the shooting of civilian plane happened during crisis and it should further be prevented.
