Meteorological conditions unfavourable in Delhi for dispersion of pollutants: CPCB
The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on October 16 stated that meteorological conditions in Delhi have been "extremely unfavourable" for dispersion of pollutants since this September as compared to last year.
