Kashmir inching towards prosperity with nearly no stone-pelting in months
People in Kashmir valley feel there has been a considerable dip in incidents of stone-pelting and shutdown calls after India scrapped a constitutional provision late last year that allowed the state of Jammu and Kashmir to make its own laws.
