Ground Report: Heavy rains lash Delhi-NCR, disrupt traffic movements in many areas
Heavy rains lashed several parts of New Delhi on Tuesday leading to severe waterlogging and traffic jams across the city. The Indian Meteorological Department had predicted that thunderstorms and moderate to heavy rains would take place in the parts of Delhi-NCR.
