BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi today lashed out at the UPA government for what he called its 'spineless' foreign policy and demanded that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh call off his 'biryani meeting' with Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif in New York.
