Playing against Australia during Sachin's days was as difficult and challenging as playing West Indies during Sunil Gavaskar's era. Sachin had magical Shane Warne on one hand and always accurate McGrath on the other hand. Though Warne bowled to Sachin,  he hit him all over the park, but McGrath did trouble him.

 Sachin played 39 matches against Autralia. In 74 innings, he made 3630 runs at an average of 55.00 with 11 centuries and 15 half centuries. 241 not out was his highest.
