Known for his fun-loving attitude both on and off the field, Chris Gayle believes in living the life king-size. After being bought by  Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the West Indian is leaving no stone unturned to prove his love and interest in the lively 'Punjabi' culture. The 38-year old has recently once again shown his cheerful side while tapping his feet on the tunes of Punjabi music.

In a latest Instagram post, the 38-year old Jamaican is seen having a gala time on a personal yacht while wearing a life jacket. He was shaking a leg to a popular Punjabi number and showing off his new 'Bhangra moves'.  He wrote on Instagram: “#KingGayle coming, India. #LivePunjabiPlayPunjabi #Kings.”

Earlier as well, Gayle has never shied away while flaunting his dancing skills - be it on the field or off it, the 'Universe Boss' seems always ready when it comes to celebrating his joy.

After going unsold twice at the IPL Player Auction in January, Gayle was snapped up by Kings XI Punjab for the 2018 edition of the Indian Premier League. Since then, West Indies' star has been completely soaked up in love with Punjab and its vibrant culture. From performing Bhangra to donning a Sikh Turban, the West Indian has done all with a great zeal.

"Looks like @chrisgayle333 is already ready for his Punjab visit! #LivePunjabiPlayPunjabi #KingsXIPunjab #IPL," Kings XI Punjab wrote on their official Instagram account.

During a practice session with fellow West Indian Andre Russell, Gayle was seen celebrating in Punjabi style, saying "Burrah".

"Never a dull moment will get you back in the game @chrisgayle333 #kkr vs #kings #ipl2018," Russell captioned the video on Instagram.

Gayle had earlier played for Kolkata Knight Riders in 2009 and 2010 and Royal Challengers Bangalore from 2011-2017. He was bought by KXIP for his base price of Rs 2 crore in the last round of the player auction held in Bengaluru. The Jamaican tornado has scored the most number of centuries in IPL. In  101 matches in the tournament, he has scored 3626 runs at an average of 41.20. His 175 against Pune Warriors back in 2013 remains the highest individual score in IPL history.
