Patna, May 9: Two woman JD-U MLAs in Bihar, Bima Bharti and Lacy Singh, have levelled charges and counter-charges in connection with the abduction and murder of the former's PA Santosh Mandal on April 23.
Both the woman MLAs have placed their versions of the sordid incident before chief minister Nitish Kumar and have sought "justice".
Bima Bharti is the MLA from Rupauli in Purnea district, while Lacy Singh is the MLA from a neighbouring constituency Dhamdaha.
Bima Bharti has alleged that her PA Santosh Mandal was abducted and killed by her former husband Avadhesh Mandal, a known gangster, and the MLA Lacy Singh.
Bima has been staying separately from her husband for the last three years, and a divorce petition is pending in court.
