Sonia: Media should also look at corruption in non-Congress ruled states

New Delhi: Congress President Sonia Gandhi today said, media was free to point out "mistakes" by Congress-ruled governments, but it should also look at corruption in state governments run by other parties as well. Speaking

Rahul Gandhi had yesterday disapproved of the Maharashtra government's by saying "Personally, I don't agree with that decision. They (Maharashtra) should reconsider that".

His remarks at a press conference at the AICC came in the presence of Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan.

Sonia Gandhi however said: "I would ask the media to please look at other states led by other parties also, something about corruption..Among their (other parties') own friends and particularly among some of their ministers.
