Taking a dig at Congress for its “low-level politics” remarks, the BJP spokesperson  asked Rahul Gandhi whether “Gujarat's growth and development model was low thinking” “So much discussion on ‘neech' (low). So much energy was spent on ‘neech' (low) comment.
