People of Mumbai will teach AAP a lesson, Uddhav Thackeray hits out at Kejriwal

Mumbai: In a hard-hitting editorial in Shiv Sena's party organ Saamna, party supremo Uddhav Thackeray today hit out at Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal for what he called, enacting Delhi-type dramas in Mumbai. Following

--The success that Kejriwal got in Delhi was an event. But the manner in which he resigned and committed political harakiri is akin to escapism.

--People of AAP who claim to follow laws and rules, openly defied the law in Mumbai. Women and children faced difficulties while travelling in local trains. Traffic rules were violated. All this happened in front of Kejriwal, but he did not utter a single word.

--At peak morning hours when commuters hardly find space to stand inside local trains, this man got a window seat. I thank the "setting" made by his nautanki company.

--The people of Mumbai are now telling Kejriwal with folded hands, keep your dramas in Delhi. In Mumbai, such leaders get chappals (slippers), he will know that soon.

--Had any other party did the same thing, these AAP guys would have raised a hue and cry citing people's problems and demanded the party should be thrown in the dustbin. So, should Kejriwal be thrown into the gutters of Worli for his misdeeds.
