8:55pm-Modi: You pain is my pain. I want to make an appeal to youth belonging to 18-28 years age group. As you know 12 th class exam is very important because if you do well in this exam, all roads open up for you. These 10 years are very important. If you lose even 5 days of these 10 years, things will go horribly wrong. What if you have a non-performing govt in Delhi in this period? What will you contribute to the nation if your own life gets spoiled. We need a govt in Delhi that can change the fate of youth belonging to 18-28 years age group.
8:50pm-Modi: As you know the incident in which a girl ‘Nirbhaya' was raped. Youth came out on streets in protest. In order to hoodwink the people, they set up a Nirbhaya fund worth Rs 1,00 crore. Even Media went overboard in appreciating this. But ask them what they have done with this fund. I'm sorry to tell you that they failed to spend even one Rupee from this fund. Once again they have cheated people by allocating Rs 1,000 crore fund once again under ‘Nirbhaya fund' in the interim budget.
