New Delhi, May 27: Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi has surged ahead of Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi in popularity ratings, a Hindustan Times-GfK survey today revealed.Asked who is best suited to be the next PM,



Asked who is best suited to be the next PM, 38 per cent of the respondents opted for BJP leader Modi, while 23 per cent opted for Rahul Gandhi. Manmohan Singh garnered 14 pc, with L K Advani (6 pc), Sonia Gandhi (5 pc) and Nitish Kumar (3 pc) trailing at the bottom.
