Modi reads out the ABCD of corruption during UPA rule in Jaipur rally

Jaipur: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today said the country should be rid of Congress rule to make it corruption free and devised a political alphabet to take a jibe at the ruling party over

Scores of burqa-clad women attended the rally of Modi, who is believed to be days away from being named the BJP's prime ministerial candidate.

“In the last nine years of UPA government, with 11 allies from inside, three parties (BSP, SP and RLD) from outside, and CBI's hidden support, I have never seen a government that had no power to take any decision nor any satta (power) to run the nation and take important decisions,” Modi alleged.

“The UPA government is run by those who have no accountability, nor anyone can ask or seek reply from them how, when, where, for whom it is done. The country cannot have such irresponsible government which cannot take the nation on the path of prosperity,” he added.

Wooing the country's youth, Modi said for the Congress, youth is a voter but for the BJP youth is power and the strength of the country. “Youngsters must be excited to become voters.”
