Mumbai, Oct 4: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi has accused the Union HRD minister Kapil Sibal of trying to bribe him with a couple of ‘Aakash' tablets.
It all started with Modi alleging that Aakash tablets are yet to be distributed to students despite all the hype created over the same.
Sibal retorted by saying that his ministry had sent two tablets to Mr Modi but these were returned undelivered.
Sibal took a swipe at Modi and said that he was unhappy because the tablets will be delivered free.
Modi , as usual, asked sarcastically, "When I asked why Aakash still wasn't given to students, he was saddened by it and said he will send me the Aakash tablet. Why is he trying to bribe me? "
Modi was speaking to reporters in Dabhol, Gujarat.
To this Sibal reacted swiftly in Delhi, "He can return the tablets".
