Sharing her college days experience with students in Jammu, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today said that instead of studying, she used to eat more golgappas during her class 12th days.
She also revealed that her parents wanted her to become a doctor although she never enjoyed studies.
"My parents actually wanted me to be a doctor but I never used to study. You (doctors) studied a lot with tremendous hard work. But I didn't work seriously. I used to study less and have golgappas more in class 12th," Mehbooba said while participating in foundation laying ceremony of a PG college in Jammu District.
Lauding the profession of doctors, she said that the entire medical fraternity including doctors, nurses and para-medical staff has done a tremendous job in Jammu in Kashmir in last two months.
"The doctors over here have done a tremendous job. I believe that the doctors, nurses and para-medical staff are doing a perfect job since the last two months in the last two months. There are doctors who are doing their duties 24*7 and there are some who have not gone to their homes since months. I think the profession of doctors is the noblest profession," she added.
