Thiruvananthapuram: A real estate company in Kerala has lodged an FIR against party president Sonia Gandhi over non-payment of dues amounting to Rs 2.8cr.
FIR filed by Heather Constructions also names former Kerala chief minister Oommen Chandy and Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee president VM Sudheeran.
According to M/S Heather Constructions managing partner Rajeev, his company was given the contract to construct Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Development Studies in Thiruvananthapuram but the dues were not cleared.
