Pro Kabaddi League 2017, Match 64: Haryana Steelers defeat Bengal Warriors 36-29

    In the Pro Kabaddi League 2017 Inter Zone challenge week it was the hosts Bengal Warriors that took on the Haryana Steelers. Bengal have been in great form recently at Kolkata but suffered their first defeat to the hands of Haryana Steelers. The raid machine Maninder Singh did his best to keep his Warriors from losing but it was the Haryana defence that played a vital role in the match. Surnder Nada and his Steelers played a defensive role which won the visitors the match by 7 points. In this image, the two team captains Surender Nada of Haryana Steelers and Surjeet Singh of Bengal Warriors are brought in for the toss. Haryana won the toss and chose court which meant that Bengal would raid first.
