Keonjhar (Odisha): A 60-year-old tusker died under mysterious circumstances in Keonjhar district yesterday, forest officials said here.After being informed by locals, who spotted the carcass in the forests near Purumunda under Ghatagon range this afternoon,
Quoting local people, forest officials said two herds of elephants, one led by the tusker, were roaming around the nearby areas of Raghubeda, Nusuripasi, Asanbani and Sitabinji villages for the past few days.
