Osho's will appears after 23 years, property dispute heats up

Pune: The sudden emergence of godman Osho's (Bhagwan Shri Rajneesh) will  23 years after his death has introduced new twists and turns in the ongoing war over his properties and writings.The group currently taking care





The will also has signatures of Swami Amrito (John Andrews) and Prem Niren (Philip Toolkess) as witnesses.

The will gives all  "rights and titles to Neo Sanyas International Foundation'' which is a Swiss charitable trust.

The will has come as a surprise to disciples of Osho who had been fighting for right over Osho's writings and properties. The disciples like Thakkar have filed a suit in the court of Justice U L Pathak challenging the will to be forged.
