"It is likely that we may find some bodies of the intruders and war-like stores. The militants who have managed to flee back across the LoC may have booby-trapped the bodies", a senior Army officer said on Monday.
The Army is using helicopters and spy drones to multiply its efforts to flush out the estimated 35 to 40 militants hiding in the forested area.
The intruders are armed with rifles, light machine guns and radio sets and are hiding in Fateh Gali and Gujjartur adjoining Shala Bhata area.
The army has so far seized 13 AK-47 rifles, 14 pistols, one sniper rifle and seven communication sets from the seven militants killed on October 4.
On Monday, India issued an oblique warning to Pakistan saying "if at the outcome of efforts by the Army, there was a requirement for India to take this further ahead, we will do so".
The External Affairs ministry spokesperson asked Pakistan to "maintain the sanctity of the Line of control" if it wanted an improvement in bilateral relations.
