Los Angeles: Actress Olivia Wilde feels "saddened and grossed out" by young women who undergo cosmetic surgery to improve their looks.The 29-year-old has urged girls to eat a healthy diet and indulge in exercise, instead
"I'm hitting a major milestone 30, or as I like to call it, the 'cut the bulls**t and go be awesome' stage," said Wilde.
The "Tron: Legacy" star also advices other women, who are turning 30.
