Although, scientifically, we mark it out through normal symptoms like, aloofness from social life, nagging headache, falling hairs, insomnia etc. But is that it? Are they only called symptoms of stress?

Biologically, under stress our body produces certain hormones affecting our regular metabolism, which leaves us feeling sluggish, lazy, over-irritated, hyper etc. And of course, it makes it a bit difficult to expect you to take off your clothes and jump onto bed with your partner.
