7-day diet plan to lose weight (see pics)

New Delhi: In our eat-and-run, massive-portion-sized culture, maintaining a healthy weight can be tough and losing weight, even tougher. If you've tried and failed to lose weight before, you may believe that diets won't work



Saturday

Breakfast: For Saturday go for heavy breakfast. One Idli or chapati, with vegetable curry along with sliced banana, skimmed milk is best for a day.

Lunch: 1 chapati, 1 cup of rice, light yoghurt, fish curry, mustard, cucumber, tomatoes and onion slices.

Dinner: Brown rice, steamed spinach and an apple.

Tip: Spicy food containing chili pepper is thought to have weight reducing properties.
 
Sunday

Breakfast: Sunday can be more relaxed and fun filled if you start your day with muesli with skimmed milk or chapati with cheese and tomato slice.

Lunch: For lunch go for Rice, salads along with vegetables.

Dinner: Grilled chicken, chapati, pineapple slices.

Tip: Drink lots of water to lose weight fast.
