Gurgaon:  Mamma Mia, a new fitness programme, introduced by Fortis Healthcare Limited, in collaboration with international celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza aims to give new mothers a healthy way to shed post-pregnancy weight.Braganza, who has helped



The programme will be affordable, says Anika Puri, chief operating officer, Mamma Mia.

"I think it will (reach the masses) because we are very affordable. Our intention here is to reach out to as many woman as possible and give them the opportunity to avail these services," Puri told IANS.

"The programme is not going to harm the routines of new mothers or make you lose weight by starving. There are experienced people like Ramona who will make you healthy, while you actually get back into shape. It's not about losing weight, it's about getting back into shape," she added.
