Maintaining personal hygiene is so important in our lives, but there is one man in this world who believes that being clean will make him sick!

His hatred from water and from the concept of cleaning is so devastating that this fellow has not taken bath in last 60 years. Can you believe it?

Amou Haji, the 80 year-old man lives in a hole near a village in southern Iran. He is single and looking for love, but to win his heart you'd have to accept his rather eccentric lifestyle.

Interrestinly, once some group of men from his native Dejgah village in the southern province of Fars offered to gave him bath, but luckily he escaped somehow.

Here are some more Shocking aspects of Haji's day to day life:

Day Time: Haji likes to sit down and have a smoke, from a pipe packed with animal faeces.

Night Time: He either sleeps in a hole in the ground, which is quite like a grave, or in an open brick shack which concerned locals built for him.

Food: Like cleanliness, Haji also has an aversion to clean food and water. He prefers to eat the decomposed meat of dead animals and 5 litres of water per day from rusty oil can. His favorite food is rotten porcupine.

Clothing: He wears rags and, in the winter, a war helmet to ward off the cold.

Haircut: When he needs to cut his hairs, Haji simply burns his locks in a fire.

Grooming: When he wants to look his best he uses car mirrors for grooming!

But, there is always a reason behind everything.

According to Haji, he had gone through some emotional setbacks in his youth that forced him to choose this way of living. And since then he has become a bit isolated, not much of surprise.

Well! This man surely would have raised more handkerchief to cover noses rather than eyebrows!
