In a tragic news development, a family in Kemmannu, Udupi district, suffered a horrifying ordeal on Sunday morning when an unidentified assailant took the lives of four family members in a brutal stabbing incident, as reported by local law enforcement.
According to authorities, a masked intruder forcibly entered the family's residence and launched a savage attack on Hasina, aged 46, as well as her three children, aged 23, 21, and 12. Additionally, another woman sustained severe injuries during the attack and has been hospitalized for treatment.
Sources have revealed that the husband of the victims is currently employed in the Gulf region. Udupi District Superintendent of Police, Arun Kumar, personally visited the crime scene to oversee the investigation.
