Singing reality show ‘Indian Idol’, is back again with its tenth season and the most entertaining television host – Maniesh Paul has been roped in to play entertain the contestants. Maniesh, who is known as the 'Sultan of Stage', is known for his great comic timing and camaraderie with the celebrities, making him exceptional at his job.

Maniesh, who is known for his sense of humour, is all pepped up to set the stage on fire with his ecstatic charisma. “I am very excited to assume the role of a host for ‘India Idol’ season 10, it is my first time. It is going to an exclusive experience,” said Maniesh. The actor was recently in Kolkata for the first round of auditions and will fly down to Hyderabad soon for the same.

The 10th edition of the popular reality show recently confirmed its roster of celebrity judges as well, which include Vishal Dadlani, Neha Kakkar and Anu Malik. Auditions for the participants began on 1 May in Jaipur, with the the core team and judges continuing to travel to all the big towns and cities in the country in search of talent being continued.

The previous installment of the show was hosted by Karan Wahi and Paritosh Tripathi and was won by the Hyderabad-based LV Revanth, a popular name in the southern entertainment industry. 14 participants had been zeroed down after country-wide auditions to compete for the coveted prize in 2017, and a similar feat is underway for the 2018 edition.
