Pitchers 2 Review: The wait is finally over and the most anticipated series Pitchers 2 is finally here. There is no doubt that season 2 is worth the wait as every aspiring entrepreneur can very much relate to the struggles that Naveen (Naveen Kasturia), Mandal (Abhay Mahajan) and Yogi (Arunabh Kumar) are going through in order to make their dreams come true. TVF Pitchers opens a whole new chapter for the industry. Directed by Anurabh Kumar and Vaibhav Bundhoo, season 2 is much more than what was expected.

Unlike modern-day mainstream content, 'Pitchers 2' gives a reality check with its storyline. TVF (The Viral Fever) is known for its realistic approach with all the content they have been delivering since the days when OTT platforms didn't even have that weightage in the market. The journey of four college friends who aim to be entrepreneurs and their raw struggles is what 'Pitchers' is all about. In season one, we witnessed the enthusiasm and the courage of leaving behind stable jobs and putting careers at stake and now in season 2, the struggles of starting from zero and the challenges to chase the dreams turn into reality.

Pitchers 2 focuses on realism and tells the story of the critical fights between the leading businesses and seeding startups. Without any over-dramatic sequences or highly emotional agenda, Pitchers 2 very well displays the meaning of true friendship and the power of never give up attitude. The well-written dialogues and its proper execution are the forte of this season. There are no melodramatic or stereotypical emotional dialogues that bore you while watching the series. Be it Naveen, Mandal or Yogi's character, the way they act and justify their roles, each aspiring entrepreneur can see themselves in their places.

The new entry of Prachi (Ridhi Dogra) makes this season even more interesting. The way she keeps fighting for Naveen's startup Pragati is something to root for. It won't be a surprise if Ridhi's character inspires many young girls out there to live their dreams and take a stand for their careers. The famous dialogue from season 1, 'Tu Beer Hai' is being changed to 'Tu whiskey hai' in this season and the makers justify the metaphor perfectly. The journey literally inspires everyone to rise high like whiskey.

To sum it up, TVF Pitchers 2 justifies the wait and meets the benchmark set by the first season. The story definitely develops connections with the audience and is not just a must-watch but an experience to be lived.
