Game of Thrones breaks another record with Eastwatch

Ever since, the news of the seventh season of Game of Thrones came out, people were curiously waiting to explore the fantasy world once again. Now, the TV series has started and it has set the new TV rating records with its fifth episode Eastwatch. The episode was seen by 10.2 million viewers surpassing the record of 10.1 million of season 7’s premiere episode. Not only this, the fifth episode has also garnered more than 30 million viewers online streaming services, and DVR playback.

With only two episodes left for the finale, it seems that GoT is going to set another record. The craze that people have for the TV series is not going to end soon. Lately, four people were arrested by The Mumbai Police Crime Branch for leaking one of the episodes of season 7 on social media.

As the show is moving towards their finale, makers are introducing new twists and terms to keep the audiences hooked. The first episode of the fantasy drama witnessed a cameo by the singer Ed Sheeran. Based on the novel of George R.R. Martin, the show made its debut in 2010. The seventh season of Game of Thrones kick-started from July 16.
