Just like all of us, weekend vibes have gripped our Bollywood celebs as well, hence stars decided to kick-start the right mood with Friday night party. Shweta Bachchan hosted a house party for her Bollywood friends which included Karan Johar, Aditya Roy Kapur, Kiran Rao, Katrina Kaif, Rahul Khanna, Sidharth Malhotra among others.

While Katrina looked amazing in red top and blue jeans, Aditya Roy Kapur's casual look was perfect for a laid-back evening. Shweta Nanda's uber-chic avatar for the party was also simply cool. Here are pictures of celebs arriving for the party.

On the professional front, Katrina might be seen in Dharma Productions' next venture which is a biopic of Kargil martyr Vikram Batra. Sidharth Malhotra has already been confirmed for the titular role. A source told Pinkvilla: ''Katrina Kaif has been in talks with the team and the actress has given her nod too. Katrina initially had given a chunk of dates for Bharat for which she was approached. However, things didn't work out in that movie which is now being done by Priyanka Chopra. When Katrina was offered this movie, she was more than happy to give her dates. The official paperwork is yet to happen''.

Meanwhile, Aditya is all set to shoot for Kalank, which is a multi-starrer film. Zoya Akhtar recently wrapped up Gully Boy with Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt.

As far as the host is concerned, Harper Collins India acquired the publishing rights for Shweta’s first novel, Paradise Towers, which will be published in 2020.
