The mega hit Kannada film KGF starring Yash in the lead role broke many box office records when it released last year. Now, the film is all set for a sequel and its going to be bigger this time around. Sanjay Dutt, who will be playing the role of villain in KGF: Chapter 2, opened up about his character. Just yesterday, Sanjay Dutt's first look was unveiled and the intense poster has left fans of the film a tad bit impatient.

Farhan Akhtar, who is backing the Hindi version of KGF: Chapter 2, took to twitter and presented the first look of Sanjay Dutt as Adheera. At an event, Dutt spoke about his character Adheera and revealed that its characteristics are as destructive as Thanos from Avengers: Endgame.

Sanjay Dutt said, "In KGF, Adheera's character is very powerful and if you've seen Avengers, you would have seen Thanos, so Adheera is similar to him. In the first chapter of KGF, Adheera comes at the end, but in the second chapter Adheera's character is quite dangerous and his get-up is quite attractive too. I think that was the zone I was looking for and its there."

The actor's identity was kept well-guarded and now that it is out, Sanjay Dutt fans are going crazy. The makers of the action thriller shared the poster on Twitter and captioned the post, "Presenting #MotherOfAllCollisions @duttsanjay as #Adheera. Wishing you a very Happy Birthday Sir. #SanjayDuttAsAdheera in #KGFChapter2."

Sanjay Dutt said the biggest gift his audience has given him is their "love and respect" over the years. The actor, who turned 60 on Monday, said he is forever grateful to his fans. "The biggest gift the audience has given me is their love and respect. No matter what happened with me in the past, the audience has always been with me and I want to thank them for that," Dutt told reporters.

He was speaking at the teaser launch of his upcoming film "Prasthanam". A Hindi remake of the 2010 Telugu film of the same name, the film also features Manisha Koirala, Jackie Shroff, Ali Fazal, Amyra Dastur and Satyajeet Dubey.

Dutt said he is fortunate to share screen space with a stellar cast in the political drama directed by Deva Katta.

"I feel lucky that I got an opportunity to reunite with Dada (Shroff) and Manisha, she is one of the prettiest actors ever, and a great actor. I had a great time working with them. Ali is like my son, he has done a great job in this movie, like he has done in his other films.
