Allu Arjun, Jr NTR and ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli were one of the first celebrities who went to cast their vote as the first phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019 commenced today.

Allu Arjun, Jr NTR and ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli were one of the first celebrities who went to cast their vote as the first phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019 commenced today. The South Indian superstars acted as responsible citizens and set an example for their fans and followers so that everyone get inspired to vote. Voting has begun on Thursday for 91 seats in the first phase of 17th Lok Sabha Elections in 20 States including Andhra Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Telangana, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

The actors took to their social media to reveal that they have casted their vote and also asked their fans if they have done the same, Jr NTR took to Twitter to share a picture of himself with wife Pranathi as the couple got inked. He captioned the post as, "We got inked! Did you? #GoandVote."  On the other hand, Allu Arjun also took to Instagram to appeal his fans to go and cast their vote. He wrote, "Today is that 1 day which will decide how the next 1825 days should be. Pls cast your vote." There is another video that is going viral on the internet in which Jr NTR is seen standing in the queue with his family waiting for his turn to cast vote. RRR filmmaker SS Rajamouli also took to Instagram to share a photo of his finger claiming that he has also fulfilled his responsibility as a good citizen. He captioned the post saying, "Half of my unit members left to their towns and villages to exercise their vote... Good...Do Vote... If you think no party/candidate makes a difference, make use of nota.. #VoteForIndia."

On the work front, Rajamouli is currently shooting his upcoming film RRR with superstars Ram Charan and Jr NTR. On the other hand, Allu Arjun announced three new projects on his 36th birthday recently. The actor has been away from the big screen for almost two years now and enjoying his time with his family.
