New Delhi: An application for extending actor Sanjay Dutt's leave by 14 days has been sanctioned and now the actor, who is serving 42 month of his jail term for his involvement in 1993 Bombay
The furlough is granted for 14 days and can be extended by 14 days. In addition to a furlough, a prisoner can take a 30-day parole in case of family emergencies and the leave can be further extended by 60 days.
