Mumbai: Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor feels Yash Chopra-produced 1977 film "Doosra Aadmi", starring him and wife Neetu Singh, had a contemporary and bold storyline.

The 63-year-old actor, whose film clocked 38 years, took to Twitter to share the poster of the film.

"Good film ahead of its time by Ramesh Talwar (director)," he captioned the poster.

The love story also starred Rishi's uncle Shashi Kapoor, Raakhee, Deven Verma and Parikshat Sahni.

Karan Johar's upcoming directorial venture "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" is said to be a remake of "Doosra Aadmi".

The roles of Rishi, Rakhee and Neetu will be reprised by Ranbir, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma respectively. It is currently being shot in London.
