Nazriya Nazim and Fahadh Faasil's wedding album

New Delhi: The young sensation of South Indian cinema Fahadh Faasil and Nazriya Nazim got married on August 21, 2014.The couple entered the wedlock in a private ceremony held at Al-Saj Convention Centre, Trivandrum. The couple tied the knot in the presence of the respective families and friends.Nazriya looked gorgeous in the peach coloured lehenga and Fahadh dazzled in a designer labelled kurti teamed with sherwani.The wedding of Fahadh Fazil and Nazriya Nazim took place as per Islamic rituals at 11.30am at the Al-Saj Convention Centre. The traditional ‘Mylanchi' function prior to the wedding was held at the beach resort of Kovalam.The marriage was completely a private affair and the entry into the venue was reserved only for those who were officially invited.The venue was surrounded by a crowd of fans and media from the morning.The couple addressed the media and fans immediately after the ceremonies. Fahad and Nazriya will leave to Fahadh's family home in Alappuzha by the evening, after completing the marriage formalities.Close members of the family and select friends of the actors in the film industry attended the ceremony.Fahadh has invited members of the film fraternity for a reception at Paripally in Aleppey district on August 24.The couple has no plans for an immediate honeymoon. Fahadh, son of noted director Fazil, is scheduled to return to the sets of Money Ratnam, a masala flick being directed by Santhosh Nair.Nazriya is 19 while Fahad is 30. Many people slammed the couple for their huge age gap but Fahadh and Nazriya don't find it a barrier, and the two have professed their love for each other publicly.Nazriya, who hails from Trivandrum, will be settling down for a family life. She has not signed for any movie after the super-hit ‘Bangalore Days', in which she paired with Fahad. The two got engaged in the beginning of this year after doing a few films together. Fahadh made his debut as a child artiste in 1992. He debuted as a hero in his dad's film Kaiyethum Doorath in 2002, but it bombed at the box office.After the fiasco, he went to the US and pursued his studies. He made a comeback in 2009 and established himself with numerous hits like Akam, Chaappa Kurishu, 22 Female Kottayam, Diamond Necklace and Annayum Rasoolum.Nazriya too started her acting career as a child artist with director Blessy's Palunku in 2006 and turned into a lead actress with Maad Dad and later featured in films like Neram and Naiyaandi. The couple got engaged in start of this year and was quite open about their relationship. Fahad presented a diamond necklace to Nazriya as the wedding gift.
