Actress-turned-writer and wife of superstar Akshay Kumar, Twinkle Khann was spotted at Bandra with her son Aarav and daughter Nitara on Saturday. On Friday, Aarav celebrated his 15th birthday. Twinkle’s mother and a yesteryear actress Dimple Kapadia was also accompanying them for a sumptuous lunch at Pali Bhavan restaurant in Bandra. Twinkle Khanna was dressed in a simplistic manner, in a printed shirt and a pair of blue denims. Nitara also looked like a little diva like her mom. She was wearing a blue dress and her sling purse totally stole the limelight. Holding her mother’s hand, Nitara seemed totally unbothered by the camera.

Meanwhile, birthday boy Aarav was spotted shying away from the cameras. Here are the pictures.

On Aarav’s 15th birthday, Akshay Kumar shared his heartfelt wishes for son on Instagram. He also wrote that Aarav is his ‘favourite human being’. In the picture, Aarav has covered his half face with a jacket. He wrote a caption: From teaching you how to climb a tree, to learning from you how to make a video call...Happy birthday to my favoritest human being

Mom Twinkle Khanna on the other hand posted a short video of her son, Aarav doing a back flip. Witty as she is, she posted a funny caption with the picture.

Happy birthday my darling! May you always land firmly on your feet!

She also reposted the picture uploaded by hubby Akshay Kumar.

Recently, Akshay Kumar celebrated his 50th birthday vacationing in Swiss Alps with his family. Twinkle surprised the Padman-actor with a special gift. She presented him with a customised portrait of pictures featuring son Aarav and daughter Nitara. The picture, as expected, went viral on internet.

When Akshay Kumar was asked if Aarav will debut in Bollywood, he said, “I hope he does because this industry is great. It's a very welcoming industry and it's given food and shelter to me and my family for years now. But I will just tell him one thing that he will have to make his own mark. I am there to guide him, help him but he has to do everything here on his own. But that's thinking too far. He is a teenager. Let him finish his studies."

Akshay Kumar will be next seen in Padman, which is produced by Twinkle Khanna’s grazing goat production. He will also feature in Gold which is in the pipeline.
