New Delhi: Actor Adhyayan Suman whose statements earlier today added more fuel to the ongoing fiery battle between actors Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut, has defended himself saying it was not a publicity gimmick. Adhyayan had dated Kangana for one year and in a recent interview to a leading daily had made shocking revelations about the latter.
In his interview which went viral, Adhyayan had claimed that Kangana tortured him physically and mentally. Out of the many things stated by the 28-year old actor, the ones which remained prominent was he alleging that Kangana used to do black magic, coming out openly in support of Hrithik Roshan and saying that actor Aditya Pancholi had warned him about Kangana.
Post his interview, Adhyayan Suman trended on Twitter for almost the entire day today with many netizens saying that he was making haste while the sun shone. Many on the micro-blogging website thought that Adhyayan is using Kangana’s controversial incident to revive his Bollywood career.
The actor however clarified that this is not the case.
In a series of tweets this evening, Adhyayan said that he said those things because it was the right thing to do and it is no publicity stunt. He said,
“I am sorry if people feel I am doing this for publicity or to trend on Twitter.i hope no one in your family or someone you love goes through this. (sic)”
