Indian television has lost a wonderful soul today, Reema Lagoo. Known for her power-packed performances, the actress breathed her last at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai due to a cardiac arrest.

Reema Lagoo was definitely one of the most popular faces of the Hindi TV fraternity who ruled the small screen like a true queen.

She played the character of a strong, self-acclaimed woman, an affectionate mother who believes in woman power.

Reema Lagoo played the role of Kokila Kulkarni aka Koki in Shrimaan Shrimati, Her role was of a smart homemaker, who is married to Keshav (Jatin Kanakia). She had an admirer in Dilruba Jarnail Singh Khurana (played by Rakesh Bedi).
