Janhvi Kapoor’s much-awaited Bollywood debut film Dhadak also starring Ishaan Khatter released today. Ahead of the film release, a special screening of the film was organised in Mumbai. Bollywood bigwigs including Rekha, Boney Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor with Mira Rajput, Ishaan's mother Neelima Azeem, Khushi Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, Kartik Aryan, Karisma Kapoor, Soha Ali Khan with husband Kunal Kemmu, Neha Dhupia, Malaika Arora and many others were present at the screening of Dhadak.
Veteran actress Rekha was quite impressed with the performance of late actress Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi and her co-star Ishaan in the film. She gave a tight hug to Ishaan and Janhvi and was also seen showering blessings on the Dhadak stars.
In another video, actress Karisma Kapoor was also seen congratulating and wishing Janhvi best of luck for her debut film Dhadak.
Helmed by Shashank Khaitan, Dhadak is a remake of Marathi blockbuster Sairat. Dhadak is produced by Dharma Productions and Zee Studios.
Other celebrities who were present at the screening of Dhadak were Neha Kakkar, Dino Morea, David Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha Shashank Khaitan along with producer Karan Johar and cast of the film.
