New Delhi: The ongoing tussle between Salman Khan and Arijit Singh in the new headline of the tinselvile.
The ace singer recently posted a public apology seeking forgiveness from Salman and begging him not to remove his song from ‘Sultan’.
Indeed, this grabbed a lot of attention.
While everyone is wondering what exactly went wrong between the two, it is being reported that the ‘Kick’ actor is just not miffed by Arijit and is not removing his song as well.
“Salman was being funny, just like Arijit. There were no hard feelings. He is wrongly being called a bully. It just so happened that a song, that got dropped was sung by Arijit but that's a call of the producer, director and marketing guys take, not just Salman. He is not holding any grudges,” a source reportedly told an entertainment portal.
Salman's spokesperson too released a statement over the issue, saying “We would not like to comment on the matter and we will not be releasing any official quote soon about the Facebook post as well. This is a non-issue!”
On the other hand, Nikhil Dwivedi, who is quite close to Salman, too has come up in support of the superstar, saying the ‘Ready’ actor hasn’t asked anyone to remove Arijit’s song. However, he did mention that Salman has refused to meet Arijit.
He tweeted, “I m privy & Salman not once interfered in d choice or asked 2remove any singer. He only refused 2meet Arijit. His wish!”
Well, looks like Salman Khan isn’t in a mood to forgive Arijit Singh anytime soon.
