After the much-awaited Gold trailer, the makers are all set to drop the first romantic number from the Akshay Kumar starrer. Titled as 'Naino Ne Baandhi', the slow-paced romantic song features Akshay Kumar romancing his on-screen lady love, Mouni Roy.  The song has been sung by Yasser Desai and written by Arko.

The Gold song Naino Ne Baandhi first look was shared by Mouni Roy, who is making her Bollywood debut with the film. Taking to her Instgram accoount, the Naagin actress shared the adorable picture where Akshay and Mouni can be seen oozing romance all the way.

Filling the masses with immense pride for the nation, the trailer of the highly-anticipated movie showcased the dream of Tapan Das played by Akshay Kumar to win Gold for free India for the first time. Uniting the nation with one dream, the trailer captured the patriotic sense of the film.

The sports drama, starring the 'Rustom' actor, takes the audience back in time to witness the struggle of a team to make the nation proud.

The film is a mix of patriotism and sports and features talented actors such as Mouni Roy, Vineet Kumar Singh, Amit Sadh, Kunal Kapoor and Sunny Kaushal. Ekta Kapoor's blue-eyed girl, Mouni Roy is making her Bollywood debut with Gold. She is playing the role of Akshay's wife and can be seen scolding him in Bengali in the trailer.

To bring in the feel of the pre-independence era, the movie has been shot across the UK and India. Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, Gold is helmed by Reema Kagti and is all set to release on the 15th August 2018.

The movie will clash with John Abraham’s Satyamev Jayate.
