After arriving at the Swami Vivekananda Airport in Raipur, Shah will directly reach the Shadhani Darbar where he would participate in a programme organised by Sindhi community.

BJP President Amit Shah will visit poll-bound state of Chhattisgarh on Friday. After arriving at the Swami Vivekananda Airport in Raipur, Shah will directly reach the Shadhani Darbar where he would participate in a programme organised by Sindhi community.

He would then participate in the ‘Shakti Kendra’ Workers’ Convention scheduled at the venue near the Wholesale Market, Dumartarai. The meeting is to be attended by BJP ‘Shakti Kendra’ coordinators and in-charges, Division president, district presidents and other public representatives.

Shah will later also inaugurate the newly-constructed auditorium based in Kushabhau Thakre premises — the party’s State headquarters situated on Dhamtari.

The BJP president would also address the Core Committee members besides State office-bearers, MPs, MLAs, Chairmen of Board/Corporation besides others. He would later proceed for New Delhi in the evening.

Assembly elections are due in the state by year-end.
