The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday attacked Congress party president and said that “there are several powers in Pakistan who want Rahul Gandhi to be the Prime Minister.”
“The Mahagathbandhan is being formed to break India. Pakistan is one of the most important components of this Mahagathbandhan. Congress is also a part of it. There are several powers in Pakistan who want Rahul Gandhi to be the Prime Minister,” news agency ANI quoted BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra, as saying.

It may be recalled that recently Pak Senator Rehman Malik even predicted Gandhi as next PM of India and said that people should respect him.
He also attacked PM Modi and said that the latter is “scared” of Gandhi.
“RG is ur next PM, therefore, respect him. I in humble capacity all alone have exposed your RAW/PM Modi in the world and the world media is paying more attention to my substantive evidence-based tweets against PM Modi not your abuses to me. Stop abusing and grow up dear Indian abusers,” Malik tweeted.
“Sir Rahul is your next PM as he is talking sense in his pressers. PM Modi is scared of him,” Senator said.
It is pertinent to mention here that Congress party is trying to form a grand alliance (Mahagathbandhan) before the Lok Sabha elections 2019 with the sole aim of defeating the saffron party.
