Want to beat exam time stress? Get on to CBSE's student counselling line

The tele-counselling service, which will continue till April 13, is being provided by a total of 91 principals, trained counsellors, psychologists, and special educators.

If you are nervous and want to counter the peaking exam related anxiety as the board exams near, get in touch with the counseling service being offered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

The students can call 1800 11 8004 number from anywhere in India between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

The tele-counseling service, which will continue till April 13, is being provided by a total of 91 principals, trained counselors, psychologists, and special educators.

Out of these, 71 are available in India while 20 in Nepal, Saudi Arabia (Al-Khobar), Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Singapore, Qatar and Japan.

Having roped in four "special educators" to cater to differently-abled students, this is the ninth year that CBSE has taken this measure.

Students can also seek counseling online by mailing at counselling.cecbse@gmail.com and by checking the CBSE website.
